Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to USPS, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
